Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after purchase. Please note that processing times may vary during new releases, sales, holidays, and preorder periods.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, delivery times are estimated as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Gracie Kate Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Gracie Kate Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is experiencing an issue, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us so we can help guide you through the process.


Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to help. However, please note: Customers are responsible for checking sizing charts

Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached

  • Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, pet hair, smoke, or any signs of wear

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued.

Exchanges

Due to limited inventory, we cannot guarantee exchanges for the same item or size. If you need a different size, we recommend returning the item for store credit and placing a new order if inventory is available. 

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Preorder items

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Accessories

  • Bodysuits/intimates

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. Please include photos of the item and your order number so we can assist you.


Preorder Policy

Preorder items are purchased in advance and are not immediately available for shipment.

Estimated shipping dates are provided based on vendor timelines and may change due to production or shipping delays outside of our control.

Because preorder items are specially ordered, all preorder purchases are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before submitting your purchase. Order changes or cancellations may only be made within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, your order may have entered processing and cannot be modified.
